β€’ About Aleph β€’ Aleph is redefining the world of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). β€’ We are hiring remotely across the Americas (Canada, LATAM, United States). β€’ We are looking to expand our Business Development team. β€’ You will be responsible for creating interest in Aleph and engaging prospects. β€’ Build lists of companies and contacts that fit the profile of potential buyers for Aleph. β€’ Perform a large volume of outbound calls and schedule follow-up meetings. β€’ Craft personalized messages over email and other channels. β€’ Continuously iterate and improve our outreach strategies and processes.

Requirements

β€’ Strong communication skills over both phone and email β€’ A love picking up the phone β€’ Diligence and strong attention to detail β€’ Fondness for data and leveraging technology to be more efficient β€’ Ownership mentality and excitement to take on responsibility β€’ Excellence at building personal connections and fostering collaboration β€’ Desire to put in the effort that takes to move up within a fast growing startup in a competitive market β€’ Previous sales or business development experience
