• About Aleph • Aleph is redefining the world of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). • We are hiring remotely across the Americas (Canada, LATAM, United States). • We are looking to expand our Business Development team. • You will be responsible for creating interest in Aleph and engaging prospects. • Build lists of companies and contacts that fit the profile of potential buyers for Aleph. • Perform a large volume of outbound calls and schedule follow-up meetings. • Craft personalized messages over email and other channels. • Continuously iterate and improve our outreach strategies and processes.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills over both phone and email • A love picking up the phone • Diligence and strong attention to detail • Fondness for data and leveraging technology to be more efficient • Ownership mentality and excitement to take on responsibility • Excellence at building personal connections and fostering collaboration • Desire to put in the effort that takes to move up within a fast growing startup in a competitive market • Previous sales or business development experience
