Requirements
• 5+ years of recruiting experience (preferably some of which has been in high-growth environments) • A passion for providing best-in-class candidate experiences. • You know how to effectively prioritize but are also adaptable and flexible- you are excited to work in an environment that is constantly evolving. • You are an excellent communicator, regardless of channel (written & verbal) or group of people (both internal and externally). • You take initiative and are able to identify opportunities and issues, proactively coming up with ways to resolve them. • You are a creative thinker, you challenge yourself to come up with new ways to attract and close candidates. • You are data-oriented and understand how to assess pipeline health and time to close.
