• Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably within healthcare, government, or public-sector organizations. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels. • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software; familiarity with widely used platforms is a plus. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Solid knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) principles. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
