Description

• We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team! • Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to assisting in the onboarding process. • Responsible for assisting with various HR related activities to support the organization. • Must stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in HR and recruiting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field • 5+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in government and healthcare • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality • Must be a self-starter, demonstrate a high degree of initiative and exercise sound judgement • Ability to manage several projects and tasks simultaneously while working under pressure to meet hiring needs and deadlines • Must have a continuous improvement mindset • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong organizational and time management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS systems; any prior experience working with Paylocity is a plus
