📋 Description

• Getlabs is the leading platform for at-home diagnostics. • Healthcare organizations use Getlabs to send mobile phlebotomists to patients’ homes and collect labs, vitals, and advanced diagnostics. • Our team has raised $50M from strategic investors including the two largest diagnostic laboratories in the United States, Labcorp and Quest. • Getlabs’ mission is to save lives by expanding access to diagnostics for everyone. • We are currently seeking a full-time Human Resources Coordinator interested in joining a high-growth stage startup. • Build out efficient and effective people operations by supporting our frontline team members and leaders in all aspects of HR. • Support day-to-day HR processes including recruiting, onboarding, conducting new hire orientations and maintaining employee records in HRIS. • Handle sensitive information and assist with leaves of absence and employee relations issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field or 2+ years experience • Experience at an early stage or high growth startup preferred but not required • Phenomenal people skills and experience in hiring, training, coaching, and managing employees • Experience hiring/recruiting • Experience with Checkr, Paylocity and Lever preferred • Strong change management skills and emotional intelligence
