• Getlabs is the leading platform for at-home diagnostics. • Healthcare organizations use Getlabs to send mobile phlebotomists to patients’ homes and collect labs, vitals, and advanced diagnostics. • By leveraging Getlabs, partners can improve patient adherence and close gaps in care with same-day, nationwide availability. • Our team has raised $50M from strategic investors including the two largest diagnostic laboratories in the United States, Labcorp and Quest. • Getlabs’ mission is to save lives by expanding access to diagnostics for everyone. • We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven SVP of Business Development to lead our revenue growth while personally driving key strategic accounts. • This dual-focused role combines hands-on leadership of our business development team with direct responsibility for closing key enterprise deals with health systems and payors. • As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive strategy, build relationships, and execute deals that accelerate our market presence.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Sales and Customer Success, with at least five years in a leadership role in the B2B healthcare space • Proven track record of winning and expanding key enterprise deals with health systems and payors • Previous experience scaling sales at a startup from 10M to 30M+ arr • Goal-oriented approach: proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets, ideally selling into health systems and payors • Strategic thinking: background in developing growth strategies with the executive team and board of directors • Strong interpersonal skills: excellent communication with an ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams • Leadership: oversee, lead, and motivate the sales team, including sales managers, account executives, and sales support • Strategic thinker: match partner needs to solutions • Innovator: out-of-box thinker who seeks solutions beyond existing offerings • Team player: ability to collaborate with other departments • Fulfillment: lead & fulfill sales commitments beyond audience delivery • Proactive: anticipate, establish & manage the appropriate systems to ensure delivery of sales commitments • Self-starter: strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions • Builder mindset: experience developing and penetrating international markets
