Description

• Become an expert on Leverage, possessing in-depth knowledge of our product and value proposition • Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers, setting up meetings for all qualified leads • Build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound calling and emailing to decision-makers • Consistently achieve a monthly quota of qualified opportunities • Lead list sourcing and generation across different verticals • Evaluate prospects and proactively maintain the pipeline using our CRM (Hubspot) • Articulate learnings back to the Leverage team for product roadmap prioritization • Have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment • Master the art of cold calling - experience on the phones and using an autodialer (Orum) is a huge plus

Requirements

• 2 - 5 years of outbound B2B sales experience • BA/BBA/BS degree preferred. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree • Self-starter with a competitive nature and desire to grow within sales • Ability to prospect and identify new business opportunities • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organization and process building mindset with the ability to work within a sales development process while simultaneously building and improving it • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets • Experience managing sales pipelines in CRMs • A willingness to get on the phones and experiment to find the right pitches for the right personas in our ICP
