📋 Description
• Scale Product People by acquiring new ideal clients for our interim product management services. • Work with our Business Development Team and Leadership to evolve demand generation processes. • Identify and analyze target prospects to create lead generation strategies. • Investigate accounts and market trends affecting client communication channels. • Communicate a compelling narrative to prospective clients. • Lead sales communication from first contact to contract signing. • Track leads in an organized manner using internal tools. • Set metrics for measuring the success of sales efforts. • Propose initiatives that strengthen the team and optimize profitability. • Meet or exceed goals for qualification meetings and pipeline creation. • Share acquired knowledge with the team and train junior members. • What this role doesn't entail: setting up and reviewing contracts, inside sales. • Don't like the job title? • You are enthusiastic about building a strong sales team. • You have experience in business development, particularly within the DACH region and EU. • You have an understanding of the Product Manager role in tech companies. • Influence without authority. • You are autonomous, organize your day efficiently, and optimize for low maintenance, and high results. • You have a knack for establishing connections and eager to collaborate. • You have a great focus on structure and detail, as well as a strong sense of self-direction. • Show fast progress. • You have excellent written and oral communication skills. • You are comfortable working in a fully remote team. • You are located in the EU.
