• The National Account Manager role will make an impact on our growing Retail business unit, with a focus on managing and growing the Walmart ecosystem and Club channel business. • This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive profitable growth with an excellent customer experience. • The national account manager will fully leverage cross functional teams and capabilities to drive retail success. • You are expected to work with little direct supervision, establish and evolve innovative strategies, make and advocate for fact/insights driven decisions and leverage your cross-functional partners. • The National Account Manager is accountable for the strategy, performance and execution of our business within the Walmart ecosystem and the Club channel.

Requirements

• Account management experience (5+ years) • Analytics and forecasting experience (2+ years) • Demonstrated relationship-building and cross functional partnership ability • Strong financial acumen • Functional knowledge and experience working with marketing, supply chain and insights • Strong project management, analytical and oral/written presentation skills • Previous Walmart and Club channel experience: you use your knowledge of the retailer’s business to drive results • Ability to adapt and thrive in an ambiguous environment • Innovative mindset that creatively approaches opportunities and challenges • Ability to collaborate and work across diverse functions internally and externally • Strong analytical ability with experience using internal and external data sources • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once • Organized while having a sense of urgency • Strong critical thinking approach • Ability to balance attention to detail with agile execution • Ability to solve day-to-day business problems
