β’ As an Account Executive focused on the data center market, you serve as the revenue engine of our business, driving growth through ambitious sales targets and dedicated customer engagement. β’ You leverage deep technical knowledge of our transformer and switchboard products to develop solutions and quotes that meet customer requirements. β’ You act as the primary point of contact for data center focused EPCs, electrical contractors, consulting engineers, data center operators, colocation providers, and other enterprise customers, building and maintaining long-term relationships through consistent engagement and excellent service. β’ Working collaboratively with customers and internal teams, you manage customer inquiries, process RFQs, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales cycle. β’ You also leverage every customer interaction to maximize sales opportunities and expand our market presence in the rapidly growing data center sector.
β’ 2+ years of sales experience in electrical distribution equipment, data centers, or related mission-critical infrastructure β’ Experience developing and maintaining relationships with EPCs, electrical contractors, consulting engineers, and/or data center end users β’ Strong technical foundation with the ability to understand and discuss electrical systems, particularly transformers and switchgear in mission-critical applications β’ Understanding of data center infrastructure, including power distribution architectures and redundancy requirements β’ Experience navigating complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders including EPCs, consultants, and end users β’ Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets β’ Demonstrated success managing complex, long-cycle B2B sales processes β’ Proficiency with CRM systems (Hubspot experience preferred) β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical information effectively β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field and/or evidence of exceptional experience β’ Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer meetings and site visits
