β€’ The Account Executive will be part of the growing B2B Sales team focused on acquiring new customers and growing new business. β€’ The AE will know or have familiarity with the property management space, can leverage relationships, and is passionate about selling SaaS products. β€’ Sell into the mid-market territory of property management companies with 50 to 3000 doors in the PA/WV market. β€’ Source new Property Management Company clients from strategic outbound prospecting. β€’ Call and close 50-75% of inbound sales leads and outside sourced leads. β€’ Develop and implement effective sales strategies. β€’ Manage and forecast client pipeline. β€’ Establish and maintain solid relationships with decision makers on client accounts. β€’ Accurately articulate the Second Nature value proposition to Brokers, Owner-Operators, and Property Management decision makers. β€’ Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Established high performer with proven sales record β€’ 2-3 years of tech sales or Property Management experience β€’ Self-motivated, intentional, confidence to close deals, generate prospects, and build long-term rapport with clients β€’ Consultative approach to selling, gifted at asking the right questions, and identifying prospect buying motives β€’ Flexibility and willingness to tackle new challenges and learn new products β€’ Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM and Google Suite β€’ Extremely organized, laser focused, detail oriented β€’ Ability to be persistent and tenacious β€’ Display an attitude of friendly competitiveness and desire to win β€’ Be open to coaching, mentoring, feedback, improvement
