Description

• Director of Sales will set the sales strategy to achieve revenue goals. • Manage up to 10 Area Sales Managers with a portfolio of 45 to 60 hotels. • Position is home-based (remote) during client’s business hours with occasional travel.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of Director of Sales experience in a regional role overseeing a Select Service portfolio. • Success in leading a high performing sales team focused on revenue generation and sales performance. • Experience leading a team of 10 + salespeople in a remote environment. • Proficiency using a CRM and analyzing data to evaluate sales performance. • Expertise in hiring and onboarding sales associates. • Persuasive communication and ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders. • Demonstrates a deep commitment to company culture and caring for its employees and clients. • Effective presentation skills. • Experience working in a remote home office environment. • Ability to work from your home office at a computer for extended periods of time.
