Requirements

β€’ 3-5+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, sales, product marketing, or a related field within a SaaS organization. β€’ Experience in a fast-growing startup environment. β€’ Proven ability to design and implement effective training programs for sales teams. β€’ Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and tools. β€’ Experience in content development and knowledge management. β€’ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire others. β€’ A strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. β€’ A strong desire to contribute to the success and growth of the sales organization. β€’ Bonus Points: β€’ Knowledge of educational institutions, particularly in development/fundraising roles. β€’ Experience in ed tech or a related field. β€’ A background in sales, particularly in SaaS. β€’ Familiarity with instructional design and adult learning principles. β€’ Experience with knowledge management systems and platforms.
