•Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field. •Minimum of 10 years of experience in the commercial and industrial LED lighting industry, preferably in a sales or specification role. •Proven experience in coaching and mentoring a sales team. •Demonstrated success in building and managing a partner representative network. •Strong understanding of LED lighting technology and applications, emphasized throughout all responsibilities. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with designers and architects. •Proficiency in using CRM systems and other related software. •Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and project management skills. •Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
