• MoXi means “with high-energy, courageous spirit and determination.” • It’s also short for international mortgage finance, and we’re on a mission to change the way that global citizens think about real estate. • Come join our team and help us provide world-class financing solutions to the world and its people. • MoXi, a Global Mortgage Company, is looking for a dynamic and proactive Business Development Officer to expand our presence within the real estate industry. • This role is focused on networking with realtors, brokers, and developers to create strategic partnerships using MoXi's partnership program. • The ideal candidate will be a strong relationship-builder and educator, attending industry events, conducting meetings and training sessions, and capturing leads to drive brand awareness and business growth. • Additionally, this role requires a proactive approach to generating self-sourced leads that bring new loans into our pipeline, fueling business expansion and increasing MoXi’s brand presence in key markets.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or mortgage/real estate-related roles. • A strong professional network within the real estate community, including realtors, brokers, and developers. • Proven success in relationship-building and lead generation, with a track record of exceeding sales and revenue targets. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to educate and influence industry professionals. • Experience attending industry events, open houses, and networking functions to establish MoXi's presence. • CRM proficiency for capturing and managing leads, tracking engagement, and following up with prospects. • A proactive, results-driven approach, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
