• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or mortgage/real estate-related roles. • A strong professional network within the real estate community, including realtors, brokers, and developers. • Proven success in relationship-building and lead generation, with a track record of exceeding sales and revenue targets. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to educate and influence industry professionals. • Experience attending industry events, open houses, and networking functions to establish MoXi's presence. • CRM proficiency for capturing and managing leads, tracking engagement, and following up with prospects. • A proactive, results-driven approach, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
