β€’ Responds to 25 or more account inquiries per hour. β€’ Assists with the completion of the lost stolen report. β€’ Builds credit card replacement orders. β€’ Identifies fraudulent credit card activity through training and research.

Requirements

β€’ High School Diploma or Equivalent β€’ Minimum of 6 months of recent contact center or work from home contact center experience in the last 18 months. β€’ Must be flexible and open to work schedules mid shift to late shifts including weekends.
