Description

•About GlossGenius: Building an ecosystem enabling entrepreneurs to succeed. •Empowering small business owners with tools like booking, marketing, analytics, and more. •70,000+ small business owners trust GlossGenius for operations. •As an Account Executive: drive new business and consult with beauty and wellness teams. •Focus on teams with 2+ service providers to set them up for success. •Remote position, hybrid for NYC area (Tuesdays & Thursdays in-office). •Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure. •Onboard new customers for long-term success on the platform. •Effectively nurture inbound leads and communicate cross-functionally. •Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

•1-2 years of sales experience at a SaaS company •Experience working with a CRM (Hubspot/Salesforce) •Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets •Proficiency in short-cycle sales, particularly in fast-paced micro-business environments •Metrics-driven with a command for key sales metrics including win-rate, quota attainment, conversion rate, etc. •Knowledge of the beauty and wellness space/beauty businesses is a plus
