• 8-10 years of HR/people ops experience, including experience in a management/leadership role. Experience in a startup environment is preferred. • Strong working knowledge of core areas of HR expertise, including compliance, employee relations, performance management, and total compensation • Empathetic and can see issues from multiple perspectives. Assertive and open-minded, able to ‘disagree and commit’ • Confidence collaborating with and influencing executive teams, coaching managers, and building relationships with employees; able to context-switch quickly • Extremely accountable project manager, able to navigate a variety of stakeholders in a rapidly growing environment to achieve goals • High-ownership individual with a growth mindset, a high bar for excellence, and a dedication to making others successful
