β€’ Works with integrated account team to manage business relationships with multiple customers β€’ Acts as a system-wide expert on strategy, business systems, and operating philosophy of assigned customer(s) β€’ Ensures execution of programs throughout the system β€’ Develops annual business plan with customer, Bottler, and system input outlining key strategies and initiatives for Coca-Cola growth β€’ Ensures business plan and marketing activities deliver volume, profit, and customer satisfaction assurances β€’ Grows customer satisfaction and maintains win/win business relationship β€’ Manages communication with Bottler system and customer field network for constant strategy application β€’ Aligns resources to implement marketing and operational programs according to plan, schedule, and budget β€’ Acts as a system-wide customer expert to ensure Coca-Cola system understands customer objectives and needs β€’ Accountable for problem solving operational or exceptional issues with customers or bottlers β€’ Generates new solutions and embraces new ideas to sustain business

Requirements

β€’ A Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred β€’ 3+ years of key account experience with beverage/consumer packaged goods experience β€’ Demonstrated experience in sales, persuasion, negotiating and managing a medium to large book of business β€’ Experience in managing price package plans for customers β€’ Knowledge of bottler and fountain environment and systems β€’ Proven ability to manage needs and concerns of multiple stakeholders across various business systems β€’ Business development planning experience β€’ Complex selling knowledge with proven ability to create & sell-in customer promotional programs & key initiatives β€’ Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and exceptional drive for results β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present data in an organized manner
