Description

• FURTHER is the leading AI-powered Sales & Marketing platform for senior living and healthcare organizations. • Generate new logo revenue from a target account list and/or territory of small to mid-market accounts. • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within your designated territory. • Develop and manage an active pipeline of prospective customers through outbound activities. • Meet sales quotas as assigned by the leadership team and VP of Sales.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of software sales experience. • Excellent communication/presentation skills and the ability to build relationships within our ideal customer profiles. • Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles. • A proven track record of achieving sales quotas. • Ability to work cross-functionally within a growing organization. • Values teamwork and is willing to collaborate closely with everyone on the team. • Open to feedback, takes it constructively, and implements changes quickly. • Possesses high integrity and is equally transparent about what isn't working as well as what is. • Experience with early-stage software is a bonus. • A strong interest in technology, potentially evidenced by college awards or prior experience in a junior technical generalist role. • Demonstrated history of achieving President’s Club status and demonstrated ability to progress within a software company.
