• Play a critical role in driving the sales process by providing technical expertise and solutions-oriented support. • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure a deep understanding of software solutions. • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations, presentations, and technical workshops. • Provide expert-level technical guidance and support throughout the sales cycle. • Work with product and engineering teams to stay updated on the latest product features and industry trends. • Develop and deliver customized solutions that address specific client challenges. • Assist in the creation of technical documentation, including whitepapers, case studies, and solution briefs. • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients. • Participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote offerings. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the pre-sales process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Advanced degree preferred. • Proven experience as a Pre-Sales SME or similar role in the software industry. • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software solutions, architecture, and integration. • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling business value propositions. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with CRM software and sales tools. • In-depth technical knowledge of consumer and enterprise Device Management Systems, i.e., OMADM, LWM2M, HDM, TR-369, etc. • In-depth technical knowledge of Entitlement Server technology, architecture and systems. • In-depth technical knowledge of eSIM, iSIM and Remote Manager Provisioning architecture and systems. • In-depth technical knowledge of Private Wireless network architecture and systems. • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
