• Account Managers at SellerPlex empower e-commerce/FBA entrepreneurs • Responsible for maintaining Amazon FBA account health • Conduct daily checks on product listings for accuracy • Monitor and respond to customer messages promptly • Manage product replacements and process customer refunds • Investigate negative seller feedback and safeguard reputation • Identify and analyze customer reviews per ASIN • Monitor daily seller performance notifications
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in end-to-end ongoing Amazon FBA and Amazon Seller Central account management (including customer service, etc) • Demonstrated proficiency in working with SOPs and processes related to FBA operations • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis • Availability to work during specified hours to ensure overlap with team schedules for collaboration • Familiarity with business and accounting principles is a plus • Detail-oriented: Exceptional attention to product listings, customer messages, and account performance • Great communication: Clear and effective communication to address customer inquiries and issues • Strong organizational skills: Ability to manage various tasks efficiently and maintain order within the account • Hard-working and ambitious: Willingness to go the extra mile to achieve results and contribute to the team's success
