Description

• Enchanted Fairies is a national Magical Fine Art Portrait organization • Portrait Consultants (PCs) engage clients for portrait sales and manage client experience • Collaborate with Customer Service and Concierge teams to ensure client satisfaction • Cultivate and nurture positive relationships with clients for long-term partnerships • Effectively manage sales pipeline using Infusionsoft • Provide expert product education and stay informed about products and industry trends

Requirements

• Must possess a PC/MAC desktop or laptop with Windows 10, 8GB RAM, and 256GB storage minimum, Chromebooks. • Internet speeds of at least 50 Mbps. • Availability to work Wednesday through Sunday, 8am-6pm CST, including weekends. • Minimum 1 year of experience in business-to-client (B2C) sales, ideally within the luxury sector. • Exceptional verbal communication skills across video conference, phone, and other mediums. • Strong presentation skills with a proven ability to build rapport effectively. • Willingness to adapt and learn new sales processes. • Thrives on maintaining structured routines. • Open to rapid professional growth. • Capable of self-management and proficient time management. • Highly organized, maintaining a transparent and coherent pipeline for review by the Director of Sales.
