• Partner with EMEA and APAC Sales teams. • Drive operational excellence and design sales strategy. • Collaborate to develop go-to-market strategy and resource plan. • Manage sales territories, quota allocation and forecasting. • Provide insights to optimize sales team efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales strategy and operations in a high growth enterprise SaaS organization with an emphasis on prior business partnering support for an EMEA / APAC sales team. • Solid project management skills including planning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, working with cross functional stakeholders, and navigating ambiguity to deliver results. • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to take a leadership role. • Excellent communication skills with executive audiences. • High comfort with ambiguity. • Deep understanding of core sales tools like Salesforce, Clari, CPQ, Gong, etc. • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets modeling skills including import functions, index matches and pivot tables.
