β€’ Follow a daily work schedule (9AM - 5PM CST) and participate in weekly meetings about the progress of outlined goals β€’ Work with Sales Development Representative to handle successful transition of qualified leads and convert to customers. β€’ Service existing accounts, obtain orders and establish new accounts through planning and executing a daily work schedule β€’ Work with Sr. Account Manager to coordinate sales efforts within the territory β€’ Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives β€’ Maintain business revenue and profitability targets β€’ Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings β€’ Work with Customer Service team to resolve any customer issues in a timely manner β€’ Become a product and industry expert, constantly learning about your customers, the political climate, and our competitors β€’ Supplies management with information regarding customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and servicesParticipate in trade shows

Requirements

β€’ 2+ years experience in Sales specific role in comparable industries β€’ Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs. β€’ Strong closing and prospecting skills β€’ Goal focused with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets β€’ Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail. β€’ Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create results driven, team-oriented environments. β€’ Proficiency in BrightPearl or similar ERP and CRM software (SalesHub preferred): including reporting and bulk order management β€’ Excellent verbal and written communications skills β€’ Has strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
