Description

• Manage a book of business of strategic accounts • Drive consensus across stakeholders to achieve outcomes • Build strategic account plans for upsell opportunities • Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted renewals • Partner with Customer Success managers to address customer pain points • Position as a strategic partner to key stakeholders • Diagnose and mitigate churn risk • Improve internal operational processes

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in renewals and expansion, working with enterprise accounts • Excellent project management skills • Experience solutioning for complex problems • Ability to lead complex negotiations • Deep understanding of Customer Success principles • Consultative approach to problem-solving • Experience in consulting or research, a plus • Experience with HR industry and SaaS, a plus • Your own unique talents
