• manage National and Government accounts • responsible for meeting sales targets • develop relationships with all stakeholders • evaluate school bus specifications • assigned special projects and sales functions • provide guidance on goals and expectations • build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships • work cross-functionally to deploy processes and tools • collaborate with operations to ensure orders are built correctly and on-time • provide high-level support to an assigned executive • support Marketing with trade shows and events • positively represent the company at events • perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• organized, diligent individual • proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets • previous experience as a sales manager or account manager • excellent verbal communication and written skills • excellent analytical, problem solving, and organization skills • highly organized, strongly self-motivated • ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities • demonstrated ability to coordinate matrixed resources and drive measurable results • ability to learn company specific system to track deadlines, submittals, and follow up • computer skills using MS Office Suite, GSuite • excellent interpersonal and telephone communication skills
