• Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts • Develop and execute comprehensive account management plans • Work closely with internal teams for a seamless customer experience • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts • Regularly analyze account performance against key metrics • Act as the voice of the customer within the company • Stay abreast of industry trends and market opportunities

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in key account management or strategic sales roles within the SaaS / technology sector or CPG industry • Demonstrated ability to understand and navigate complex sales cycles • Exceptional communication and presentation skills • Strong analytical skills • Experience working in a collaborative environment • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, Master's degree is a plus
