Description

• The Associate Director will support Grok's global growth in the UK and Europe. • Focus on achieving ambitious sales targets, providing leadership on sales operations, event management, and tender writing. • Collaboration required with the Director of Business Development, UK & Europe, and the wider organization.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4-5 years of work experience in international student recruitment and/or a sales or business development role focused on the UK higher education sector. • Deep understanding of the UK higher education landscape, including a solid grounding in international student recruitment practices. • A talent for fostering strong relationships with key decision-makers within the higher education sector. • Demonstrated aptitude in synthesizing information and communicating a well-reasoned and thoughtful position in writing. • Demonstrated aptitude in consultative selling, with a focus on listening to prospects, understanding their needs, and crafting tailored strategies that align with their goals. • Excellent communication and relationship management skills to effectively interact with clients, executive management, and other team members at Grok. • Desire and willingness to be an integral part of a diverse, growing, and busy management team, contributing actively to the organization's success. • Must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
