• Seeking an enthusiastic professional for customer relationships • Responsible for working with Absence management team • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Absence procedures • Establish and maintain relationships with customers • Manage customer expectations and resolve concerns • Identify business opportunities within an account • Work independently and foster a team environment • Represent ComPsych’s values professionally
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred • Experience communicating directly with customers required • Account Management experience a plus • Exposure to benefits administration or HR compliance a plus • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • In-depth knowledge of Absence compliance a plus • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
