Description
• Own a book of business to build wellbeing programs • Develop and execute a prospecting strategy • Run discovery and sales conversations • Help clients understand Wellhub's impact • Achieve quarterly, half, and annual sales goals • Keep information up to date in Salesforce • Transition new accounts to Client Success team • Proactively suggest improvement ideas
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience selling in the SaaS B2B market • Experience exceeding a $700k+ annual quota • Selling to companies in the 2-10k FTE range • Top performing experience (top 10% of sales org) • Selling into HR benefits, the wellbeing space, or complex sales • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment • Team player & culture add • Winning mindset, resilience, grit, and a willingness to dig in
