Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of experience selling in the SaaS B2B market β€’ Experience exceeding a $700k+ annual quota β€’ Selling to companies in the 2-10k FTE range β€’ Top performing experience (top 10% of sales org) β€’ Selling into HR benefits, the wellbeing space, or complex sales β€’ Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment β€’ Team player & culture add β€’ Winning mindset, resilience, grit, and a willingness to dig in
