Description

• Habitat Health delivers integrated health and social care for older adults • Oversee project management, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of clinical applications • Lead implementation and ongoing management of Epic and PCO EMR systems • Develop strategies for EMR optimization to improve clinical workflows and patient care • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards related to EMR usage • Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to identify and address EMR-related issues • Provide training and support to staff on EMR functionalities and best practices • Monitor and analyze EMR performance metrics to identify areas for improvement • Collaborate with staff to create a roadmap of technology needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred) • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing EMR systems, with a focus on Epic • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and regulatory requirements • Proven success in working cross-functionally and collaboratively in a healthcare organization • Proven leadership and project management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights
