Requirements
• Seeking an experienced Director of Asset management • Responsible for building out the company’s asset management function • Track and report on the performance of the company’s DG solar projects • Collaborate with engineers and O&M specialists to address performance issues • Supervise and oversee contractors and service providers involved in operational projects • Work in coordination with engineers and O&M providers for maintenance and repairs • Develop understanding of and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements • Create project P&Ls and forecasts • Work closely with accounting and finance groups • Ensure compliance with and performance under all project contracts • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with project service providers • Identify and implement systems and processes for project management • Collaborate with engineering and construction functions on project design impacts • Maintain solid working relationships internally and externally • Eventually hire and manage additional asset management staff
