Description

• Lead and inspire a team of UX Designers and Researchers. • Represent the voice of the customer in product discussions. • Drive transformation efforts to evolve the UX function. • Partner with key stakeholders to align UX initiatives with business goals. • Work closely with the Product Management team to prioritize features. • Introduce innovative, user-centered design solutions. • Oversee user research, usability testing, and data analysis. • Own and refine the design systems and standards for the team. • Define metrics for UX success and leverage data for optimization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of UX design and research experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role. • Ability to balance short-term deliverables with long-term vision. • Passion for understanding user needs and behavior. • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships. • A creative problem-solver who thrives on bringing fresh ideas to the table. • Understanding of modern UX design tools, technologies, and methodologies. • Strong focus on metrics and data to drive decisions.
