Description

• Enhance the efficiency of our sales department, focusing on the prospecting stage of the sales funnel. • Optimize prospecting by implementing advanced technical tools and generating insightful HubSpot reports. • Coach and mentor a small team of 3 BDRs. • Assist an Enterprise AE in building and managing their sales pipeline.

Requirements

• Experience in BDR role, within a SaaS business. Proven track record in sales. • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of sales tools and technologies, particularly HubSpot. • Leadership Skills: Genuine interest in coaching and developing people, and leading a team. • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in generating and interpreting sales reports and data to drive strategic decisions. • Collaboration Skills: Ability to work closely with senior management, sales teams, and other departments. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies and methodologies in a dynamic sales environment.
