• Partner with sales and services teams for customer engagement • Ensure customers realize value from Annalise.ai products • Design and deliver client-specific product training • Monitor product usage and identify opportunities for improvement • Develop customer success plans to maximize value from the investment
Requirements
• Bachelors degree level education in Medical Imaging, Healthcare IT or equivalent • Demonstrated understanding of clinical workflows in Radiology • Technical proficiency with medical imaging IT systems • Highly developed communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills • Experience with survey tools, data analysis and reporting • Results driven and collaborative team player • Willing to travel up to 25% of the time
