With Hello Heart, users take steps to control their risk of heart attacks and stroke. β€’ About the role: Reporting to the SVP of Health Plan Growth, the Director of Business Development & Partnerships is responsible for national business development/sales activities across targeted National Payers in the Medicare Advantage space.

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of demonstrated Business Development or Management Consulting experience in the Health Plan / Medicare / PBM space. β€’ Experience and success in end-to-end partnerships by developing an overall strategy to build/maintain pipelines and executing through prospecting, relationship building, pitching, and contracting. β€’ 100% independent with a demonstrated strong problem-solving skill set. β€’ A strong team player who can work with multiple functions within the company. β€’ Ability to effectively escalate to leadership matters that have a strategic impact β€’ Go-getter that moves fast. β€’ Prior experience in a startup. β€’ Stellar written and verbal communication and presentation skills. β€’ Highly organized, able to multitask, and easily adaptable to change. β€’ Entrepreneurial, self-sufficient, and thrives in fast-paced environments. β€’ Happy to always roll up your sleeves to help and get things done. β€’ Willing to travel 40-50%.
