• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the dental industry. • Conduct consultative sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospects, showcasing the value proposition and benefits of Pearl’s AI solutions. • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to optimize sales strategies and enhance customer experience. • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share. • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals effectively. • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM software.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive (experience in the dental industry is a plus but not required). • Proficiency in software sales. • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
