• Higharc is a VC-backed startup changing how new homes are designed and built • Drive business development initiatives across U.S. and Canada • Report to VP of Marketing, work closely with Sales • Build initiatives that create meaningful connections and unlock new revenue opportunities • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create partner marketing assets
Requirements
• 10+ years in business development, sales, or partnerships within the homebuilding industry • Deep experience as a former builder or exposure to the challenges of homebuilders • Thrive in fast-paced environments with hands-on execution • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Strong collaboration across functions including marketing, product, and sales • Demonstrated ability to meet business development targets
