📋 Description
• Hims & Hers Health, Inc. is revolutionizing telehealth for providers and their patients alike. • As the Senior Director of 503B Manufacturing, you will oversee & manage all aspects of the company’s 503B operations. • Expected to expand the operation with the necessary capability, capacity and culture to operate the facilities to the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence. • Provides leadership & resources to 503B manufacturing GMs.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience (at least 15+ years) in manufacturing leadership within the 503B outsourcing, 503A compounding, pharmaceutical or supplement manufacturing sectors • Bachelor’s degree or higher in manufacturing, engineering or related field with strong business acumen • Demonstrated track record of building, leading, managing manufacturing within growing businesses • Experience with building, scaling and implementing new manufacturing processes, cGMP experience is preferred • Strong business acumen and the ability to align operational strategies with overall business objectives. • Must be able to work closely with the Site Leadership team to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and internal decision making processes, and be able to connect and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization on site. • Organized, methodical, proactive & concise communication, analytical thinking and sharp problem-solving skills • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and environments • Travel requirement 50%
