Description
• Proactively engage and build relationships with Care Pros • Oversee and execute market staffing strategy • Provide exceptional service to Care Pros • Coordinate closely with Sr. Client Manager to execute care delivery • Partner across Honor to deliver a seamless experience
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in client or patient management • At least 1 year in direct health care service delivery and supervisory experience in home health care • Strong commitment to quality care and exceptional customer service • Flexibility to respond on evenings or weekends • Prior experience in operations and/or healthcare/homecare a plus • Lives within 1 hour of Las Vegas, NV
