•As a fully remote SaaS Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth for Alto. •Lead Generation: identify new business opportunities by targeting companies that would benefit from the company’s SaaS offerings through outbound prospecting (cold calling and inbound lead follow-up. •Client Consultation: understand client pain points and business goals, conduct a needs analysis to tailor product presentations and address customer challenges. •Solution Selling: advise on how our company’s SaaS solutions can meet client requirements and present proposals, pricing models, and negotiate contracts to close deals. •Market Research: keep yourself and your team informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions. •Teamwork: Establish great relationships with your team and directors, providing ongoing value and insights on industry trends and software best practices.

Requirements

•3+ years experience in B2B software / SaaS sales, ideally field-based in the property, proptech or real estate industry •Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth •Exceptional communication and presentation skills •Highly motivated, self-starter and able to work independently •Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
