β€’ Position the value of HubSpot's software and customer journey to small-size businesses β€’ Prospect, qualify leads, and conduct discovery calls β€’ Run demos for prospective customers β€’ Manage pipeline of outbound and inbound prospects β€’ Educate and guide prospects through sales cycle β€’ Close net new business at or above quota level β€’ Partner with marketing and technology departments on sales strategy β€’ Bring innovative ideas to advance company values and culture β€’ Work in a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing team

Requirements

β€’ At least 1 year of self-sourced, outbound leads experience β€’ At least 1 year of majority net new closing experience β€’ Desire and commitment to succeed in sales β€’ Exceptional consultative selling and closing skills β€’ Track record of being a Top Producer in current role β€’ Positive outlook and ability to take responsibility for outcomes β€’ Focus on goals and belief in daily activities contributing to them β€’ Proactive in identifying and addressing skill gaps
