Description

β€’ Our Performance Transformation team works closely with our health system partners and within Hummingbird on specific optimization projects that improve patient access outcomes. β€’ In your permanent role with Hummingbird, you'll move from project to project creating tech-enabled, innovative results in collaboration with your project team and customer partners. β€’ We're looking for people with experience in IT or patient access operations who have led or participated in large-scale patient access improvement initiatives in health systems using Epic. β€’ With your focus on collaboration, respect, and innovation, join us in elevating patient access for all.

Requirements

β€’ Experience in project management and service delivery, in the Patient Access and/or Epic field. β€’ Proven experience in patient access and/or Epic project leadership, including scoping, planning, execution, and delivery of project materials. β€’ Strong client management skills, with a focus on lifecycle management. β€’ Demonstrated ability to enhance sales expansion opportunities through client partnerships. β€’ Leadership experience, with a track record of successfully managing and developing teams. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β€’ Healthcare management consulting in the patient access and contact center domain. β€’ Strong proposal writing, slide and visual creation, and project pitching skills. β€’ Experience representing a company at industry conferences and presentations. β€’ Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. β€’ Familiarity with market trends and innovations in the Healthcare IT and patient access industry. β€’ Change Management and Project Management certifications.
