Description
• Our Performance Transformation team works closely with our health system partners and within Hummingbird on specific optimization projects that improve patient access outcomes. • In your permanent role with Hummingbird, you'll move from project to project creating tech-enabled, innovative results in collaboration with your project team and customer partners. • We're looking for people with experience in IT or patient access operations who have led or participated in large-scale patient access improvement initiatives in health systems using Epic. • With your focus on collaboration, respect, and innovation, join us in elevating patient access for all.
Requirements
• Experience in project management and service delivery, in the Patient Access and/or Epic field. • Proven experience in patient access and/or Epic project leadership, including scoping, planning, execution, and delivery of project materials. • Strong client management skills, with a focus on lifecycle management. • Demonstrated ability to enhance sales expansion opportunities through client partnerships. • Leadership experience, with a track record of successfully managing and developing teams. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Healthcare management consulting in the patient access and contact center domain. • Strong proposal writing, slide and visual creation, and project pitching skills. • Experience representing a company at industry conferences and presentations. • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. • Familiarity with market trends and innovations in the Healthcare IT and patient access industry. • Change Management and Project Management certifications.
