Description
• Huntress seeks a Sales Manager to lead and mentor the EMEA sales team. • Achieve team plan based on both new logo metrics and ARR Growth. • Own deal inspection and forward movement based on the MEDDPICC framework. • Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team of Account Executives in our EMEA region. • Translate technical concepts into business value for clients.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience managing Customer/Account Executive teams or managing sales teams, ideally focused on mid-market and below • Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, or other similar CRM platforms • Strong bias to action and ability to get things done efficiently and effectively • Knowledge of / relationships in the IT resale partner space is a plus • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
