Description

• Conduct market research and identify opportunities to expand our pipeline. • Cultivate customer relationships within the federal government space. • Develop and implement short-term and long-term business strategies to drive revenue growth. • Foster sustained customer relationships aligned with market expansion goals. • Establish internal relationships to facilitate growth initiatives. • Collaborate with enterprise business development resources to execute growth strategies. • Cultivate strategic partnerships with industry leaders. • Attend industry-specific events and networking opportunities to build partner relationships. • Manage business development activities including proposal writing and pipeline tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required. • 5 years of business development experience in the Federal Government market. • 5 years of experience shaping requirements and building acquisition strategies for opportunities exceeding $25M. • Proficiency in MS Office Applications and CRM tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams, SalesForce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
