Description

• The individual will be responsible for maintaining and developing an agreed set of measurement criteria • He/she will also interface and communicate effectively throughout Incora’s organization regarding customer activities • Balance resources, closure likelihood and value capture in CMS Sales projects • Spend time actively developing customers, new or existing, independently or in conjunction with other Incora functions • Those in a senior level of this role will be expected to lead and drive sales as well as provide leadership within the department

Requirements

• Solid Aerospace and/or industrial experience is essential • Knowledge of chemical management services and operational models is preferred • A strong team player with a history of personal self-development • Business acumen, along with Commercial awareness and excellent communication skills are essential • Ideally educated to degree level, or equivalent, within Engineering/Business studies • Proven sales experience which demonstrates pro-activity, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to priorities tasks well • Direct experience in a chemical management services contract and service provision is an advantage • Able to work under pressure • Degree level qualification in either an engineering or a chemical discipline is desirable
