Description

β€’ Responsible for technical excellence ensuring all customers are properly trained to install the product according to specifications in Northern California. β€’ Create, build, and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers. β€’ Assist them with growing Pli-Dek business substantially through their technical expertise. β€’ Work personally with Distributors, Architects, Applicators and all current and potential customers alike. β€’ Develop contacts and prospects that ensure long term profitability. β€’ Increase territory sales and profitability through existing accounts and new development. β€’ Identify and communicate necessary changes in regulations and industry standards in specific territories. β€’ Evaluate customer needs/issues and provide solutions. β€’ Teach, demonstrate, and train existing and new customers. β€’ Verify spec compliancy by all applicators. β€’ Provide necessary auxiliary on-site technical support as needed by the company and customers. β€’ Keep Distributors engaged and producing leads and support. β€’ Maintain professional and technical knowledge of products, their specifications and safe handling. β€’ Pursues training and development opportunities, strive to continuously build knowledge and skills. β€’ Maintain a safe and clean work environment. β€’ Maintain a consistently high level of performance and customer satisfaction. β€’ Participate in special projects as assigned. β€’ Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 10 years knowledge and hands on experience in the application of construction trades, specifically waterproofing, roofing, and/or envelope. β€’ Proven track record of hands on technical competency from initial contact through the completion of the project. β€’ Needs to be self-sufficient and motivated. β€’ Customer assistance on bidding/estimating. β€’ Quick study of manufacturer specifications, application instructions, and details. β€’ Work hands on with customers to train applicators to install all products according to specifications. β€’ Amazing work ethic. β€’ New customer acquisitions. β€’ Meet, train, and build strong relationships with customers. β€’ Ability to travel the state of FL as well as Southeastern US.
