Description

• The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurate and timely order picking and processing; • truck loading and unloading; • accurate and timely shipment receipt, condition assessment and storage; • inventory accuracy, reconciliation and management; • accurate and timely electronic and hardcopy document records-keeping; • operating and maintaining warehouse equipment in accordance with company guidelines; • warehouse housekeeping and 5S activities; • compliance with business, EH&S and other regulatory requirements; • Territory Sales Manager for Austin and San Antonio TX; • supporting roofing and waterproofing brand; • manage distribution and contractor relationships; • maintain, service and implement product knowledge and training; • attend contractor and/or distributor events; • drive pull through sales with contractors and distributors;

Requirements

• Associates degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an accounts manager, or similar. • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft office suite. • In-depth knowledge of client relationship management strategies. • Proven ability to learn then articulate the distinct aspects of products and services. • Proven ability to position products against competitors. • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Organizational and time management skills. • Ability to travel 20%.
