β’ 3+ years of sales experience and the motivation to consistently achieve or exceed sales goals. β’ Prior prospecting/territory management experience. β’ Prior sales experience in a scientific field a plus. β’ Proven track record of closing sales and meeting quarterly sales goals. β’ Comfortable and proficient with basic financial analysis. β’ Ability and passion to develop, grow and manage customer relationships. β’ Strong time management skills in order to prioritize sales activities. β’ Strong listening skills and ability to ask follow up questions. β’ Self-motivated, a team player and well organized in a fast-paced sales environment. β’ Ability to understand technical products.
