Description

β€’ Responsible for selling IDEXX Water products and services. β€’ Partner with Inside and Outside Sales Representatives for targeted sales approach. β€’ Identify new sales opportunities and maintain effective relationships with existing customers. β€’ Communicate value of IDEXX products over the phone. β€’ Acquire new customers by prospecting and grow existing customer business. β€’ Build, manage, and document a sales pipeline through Salesforce.com. β€’ Collaborate with field sales colleagues to increase revenue. β€’ Build strategy with Sales Representative partner to grow sales in territory.

Requirements

β€’ 3+ years of sales experience and the motivation to consistently achieve or exceed sales goals. β€’ Prior prospecting/territory management experience. β€’ Prior sales experience in a scientific field a plus. β€’ Proven track record of closing sales and meeting quarterly sales goals. β€’ Comfortable and proficient with basic financial analysis. β€’ Ability and passion to develop, grow and manage customer relationships. β€’ Strong time management skills in order to prioritize sales activities. β€’ Strong listening skills and ability to ask follow up questions. β€’ Self-motivated, a team player and well organized in a fast-paced sales environment. β€’ Ability to understand technical products.
